What you'll do


  • Support the creation and execution of the DACH strategy and engagement models with academic partners
  • Drive assigned administrative tasks
  • Support the daily business needs to make sure academic partners are supported in a best possible way
  • Work directly with students and lecturers
  • Write ready to publish newsletters and blogs in English and German
  • Create new content and bring your own creative ideas to further improve the program
  • Close cooperation with other teams e.g. development of new programs for students and lecturers
  • Support in orchestration and editing of social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)


What you bring


  • Student (university or university of applied sciences)
  • Preferred field(s) of study: business administration, marketing communications,…
  • Open-minded, result-oriented person
  • English language skills
  • Fluent in German is mandatory
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Creativity and openness to drive topics
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work conceptually and independently
  • Ability to work across functions, regions and countries virtually combined with interpersonal skills
  • Minimum one-year remaining time in your bachelor or masters program


Meet your team


The global SAP University Alliances (UA) program enables faculty member from higher-education institutions around the world to offer hands-on classroom and lab experiences with SAP software to their students. SAP provides access to software licenses, instructional workshops and conferences for professors, course materials, guest lectures and other instructional aids to colleges and universities worldwide.
The global team has national and regional chapters. In this role, you will work directly with the Director (DACH) on daily topics as well as national/international topics. Within our team, we practice a trust-based working model. If you need to work flexibly from another location or at another time you can do so given your manager’s approval.


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
